What we hold
- From Whop when you sign in: your Whop user id, username, name and email address, and whether your membership is active. We never see your card details; those stay with Whop and its payment processors.
- What you create here: your saved posts, your private My Bets journal, your watchlist, your alert settings and any support tickets you open.
- Technical records: sign-in times and, for a short period, IP address and browser details in security logs.
- Referral clicks: when you follow a link under Platforms & Offers, we record that the link was clicked by your account.
What we never ask for
Your sportsbook login, your bankroll or income, identity documents, or card numbers.
Why we hold it
To let you in while your membership is active and keep you out when it is not, to show you your own saved items and journal, to answer support requests, to send the alerts you turned on, and to keep the site secure.
Who else handles it
Whop (sign-in, payments and membership status), our hosting and database providers, and, if alerts are on, our email delivery provider. If we use an AI tool to help draft a support reply, the text of your ticket may be processed by that tool, and a person reviews the reply before it is sent. We do not sell personal data.
Your private pages
Your My Bets journal, saved items and watchlist are visible only to you. Staff can access them only when needed to fix a problem you report.
You choose which alerts you get under Account. Alert emails never contain the bet itself, only a link. You can turn all email off there at any time.
How long we keep it
Account and journal data while you are a member and for 12 months after, then deleted. Support tickets for 12 months. The record of published bets is kept indefinitely; it contains no member data.
Your choices
Ask through the Support page for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. We answer within 30 days.
Age
The site is for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly hold data about anyone younger.
